What features does Salesforce data enable?
Salesforce is the primary system of record for all community members, teams, and program data. It is the reliable backend that stores all your data across your organization. For Fresh, its only purpose is to provide relevant CRM data for conversational AI, and personalized suggestions in every workflow. For Core Products, Salesforce powers the backend data as well as the front end experience.

How is member data used and updated in Salesforce?
Member data lives in a central Salesforce database that updates in real time, for both members and staff. When a customer updates household details, registers or makes a payment, that information goes straight into the Salesforce database. This gives staff immediate visibility without needing manual exports and skipping over the repetitive questions.
What security standards protect data in Salesforce?
