Yes. Fresh includes a built-in AI co-pilot that acts as a natural chat interface. Powered by connected Salesforce data, it can understand workspaces in real time to automate routine steps, update details and save teams (and community members) hours of work.
How much does Fresh cost?
Pricing for Fresh depends on how many products you add and if you’re already using Traction Rec. Head to the pricing page for more information or speak to your account manager about adding Fresh products to your existing stack.

Is Fresh a replacement for Traction Rec?
No, Fresh is an evolution of the current platform, not a replacement. Your core Salesforce infrastructure stays in place and is used to power Fresh’s personalization features. Think of it as a new and improved frontend layer, without changing your data underneath the surface.
How is Fresh better than the previous Traction Rec core platform?
Fresh simplifies platform navigation with paths tailored to your daily tasks. The system remembers your data, minimizes clicks and infers steps automatically so you never fill out the same form twice. It is all supported by a context-aware AI assistant that stays in sync with your screen to turn multi-step tasks into streamlined workflows.
When we get Fresh, do we have to rebuild our program setup in Salesforce?
No, there is no change for how programs are created and managed in Salesforce. Fresh is a “taker” of all that Salesforce information. The program calendar creation process is the exact same, Fresh just surfaces that information through a cleaner frontend.
When we get Fresh, what happens to Experience Cloud?
Your programs will swap to Fresh, no dual publishing involved. It will look like one platform, you’ll just know that it’s one seamless UI powered by two engines.
