No. Facility management software typically focuses on building operations like maintenance requests and work orders. Facility Booking focuses on scheduling: helping you book spaces, manage rentals, and keep your calendar free of conflicts.
How does Facility Booking handle pricing, payments, and cancellations?
Facility Booking is part of the Traction Rec platform on Salesforce, so it works alongside your programs, memberships, and community data instead of sitting in a separate system. Rentals follow the same pricing, discount, and accounting rules as everything else you offer. You can also set cancellation policies based on how far in advance a booking is cancelled.
Will my staff need a lot of training?
